By making a booking and/or submitting payment for any tour or travel service, the customer confirms they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following ‘Terms of Service.’

BOOKINGS
Visitors are encouraged to complete and submit the Enquiry Form with all required information. Upon receiving a booking request or inquiry, a FairFlyX travel expert will contact you with relevant travel package details and available offers. If your travel preferences are unclear, our team may reach out via the contact information you provided. Bookings are not considered confirmed until a tour confirmation letter is issued by us after receiving the initial payment.

PAYMENTS
Deposit
All tour packages are subject to availability. To reserve a tour with FairFlyX, customers must make an advance deposit, the amount of which will be communicated by our travel consultants. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and a formal confirmation letter from our office.

Balance Payments
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the remaining balance at least 90 days prior to the tour start date or as otherwise communicated. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

How to Pay
Customers can make payments via our designated Bank of America account (details to be provided upon request) or use a secure online payment gateway to pay via Visa or MasterCard. For information regarding data protection and payment security, refer to our Privacy Policy.

REFUND POLICY
Important: Most bookings are non-refundable. ALL SERVICE FEES PAID TO FAIRFLYX LLC ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at the customer support number provided below.

Please review the following terms from our travel vendors:

• Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and name changes are not allowed.
• Date, name, or routing changes are subject to the vendor’s penalties and any applicable fare differences.
• Traveler name and flight details must match government-issued photo ID or passport, as required by TSA Secure Flight regulations.
• Federal law prohibits hazardous materials in checked or carry-on luggage.
• Fares are not guaranteed until booking is completed.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of initial purchase incur no fees.
• Beyond 24 hours, bookings must be canceled prior to scheduled departure to retain booking value for one year (minus applicable fees). If not canceled, rebooking is not allowed.
• For travel within Canada, same-day cancellations must be completed before midnight.
• Bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show (except in the case of the death of the passenger or a family member).
• To avoid surcharge, your credit/debit card may be billed in multiple smaller charges (not exceeding the total amount shown). These may reflect vendor taxes and service fees.
• For routing or other booking changes, please contact FAIRFLYX LLC at 1-213-876-5520.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months for international travel.

By agreeing to this document, you accept all terms and conditions stated above and agree not to dispute this transaction in the future.

All sales are final. Cancellations or returns will be provided as store credit only.
